We make minimal-intervention wines in our vineyards in Toledo. They've been on fine-dining tables across Spain for years — and from here you can have them on yours.
Our vines grow in Toledo, in a landscape of extremes: harsh winters, dry summers and soils that force the vine to work. That's where RUUUTS's concentration and freshness come from. We work the vineyard thinking about the soil as much as the grape: cover crops, no herbicides, and harvest at exactly the right moment.

Intervening little doesn't mean doing nothing: it means doing only what's necessary, in the vineyard and the winery, so the wine is exactly what the grape and the year want to be.
We started in Toledo with a double idea: very high-quality minimal-intervention wines, and an environmental project measurable from day one.
We open our wine bar in Gràcia (Barcelona): the project's shop window and meeting point, where every RUUUTS is always available by the glass.
Our wines are served in restaurants across Spain, and this site brings them to everyone: with their original label or the one you design, and always with their footprint offset.
