These terms govern the purchase of products through ruuuts.com. By confirming an order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these terms. The seller is RUUUTS VENTURES, S.L. (see Legal notice).
RUUUTS sells wine made at its winery in Toledo. The characteristics, technical sheet and images of each wine are shown on the website as accurately as possible; small variations inherent to a natural, vintage product do not constitute a lack of conformity.
The customer selects the products, chooses whether to have them with the original label or with a custom label created in the label builder, and completes the order by providing shipping and payment details. Once payment is confirmed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is deemed concluded at that moment.
Retail prices for private customers are shown with VAT included. For professional and wholesale customers, prices are shown excluding VAT, according to their profile. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before the order is confirmed. RUUUTS reserves the right to change prices; the price in force at the time of ordering will apply.
Payment is processed through the secure gateway of Stripe (card and other enabled methods). Wholesale customers may pay by SEPA transfer with a proforma invoice, according to their profile. RUUUTS has no access to your full card details.
We ship to Spain and the euro zone. Times and costs are calculated by destination and shown before you confirm your purchase. For guidance:

For professional and wholesale customers outside Spain, specific conditions may apply (winery pick-up «ex cellar», import licence outside the EU), as indicated in their section.
If you are a consumer, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, by notifying info@ruuuts.com. We will refund the payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. The product must be returned in good condition and unopened.
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us at info@ruuuts.com providing your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with consumer law. We recommend checking the shipment on delivery.
Each case includes the offsetting of its CO₂ footprint with verified credits, following the methodology published on the website. Emission reductions and offsetting are communicated separately. The certificates associated with your order are issued through CNaught and Tree-Nation and can be verified by their number.
