This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website ruuuts.com (hereinafter, «the Website»), the purpose of which is to provide information about the RUUUTS project and wines and to allow their purchase online, including label personalisation by the customer. Accessing the Website confers the status of user and implies acceptance of the conditions set out in this legal notice.
The products offered through the Website contain alcohol and their sale is restricted to persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order, the user declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. RUUUTS does not sell or serve alcoholic beverages to minors and may request proof of age at the time of delivery.
The user undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the Website and its contents, in accordance with applicable law, good faith and public order. Using the Website for unlawful or harmful purposes, or in ways that may damage, disable or overload it or prevent its normal use, is prohibited.
All content on the Website (texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, trademarks, logos, design, source code and other elements) is owned by RUUUTS or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the owner's express authorisation is prohibited.
The label designs the customer creates with the label builder are the customer's own responsibility; the customer guarantees they hold the necessary rights over the elements they include (images, texts, trademarks). See the details in the terms of sale.
RUUUTS does not guarantee the permanent availability and continuity of the Website or the absence of errors in its contents, although it will use reasonable means to avoid them. RUUUTS shall not be liable for damages arising from misuse of the Website by users.
The Website may contain links to third-party sites (for example, CO₂ offset verification platforms). RUUUTS is not responsible for the content or policies of those sites, which belong to their respective owners.
The processing of users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and by the Cookie Policy.
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, and unless consumer regulations provide otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of the user's place of residence when the user qualifies as a consumer.
