Born in our vineyards in Toledo, above 800 metres: old bush vines, limestone soils, strict dry-farming. Organic farming and winemaking with minimal intervention — spontaneous fermentation in concrete, no added yeasts, unfiltered. The same wines we've served for years in fine dining across Spain.
